Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy governs cancellations and refunds for PrismVerse Studio™ consultations and project packages. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By paying any amount, you accept this Policy.

All fees are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances set out in Clause 5 or where required by applicable law. Advance payments reserve a dedicated project slot and trigger onboarding costs immediately; consultation fees reserve dedicated expert time. Change of mind, non-use, or finding an alternative does not qualify for a refund.

3.1 The consultation fee is non-refundable once the appointment is booked.

3.2 Up to three (3) reschedules are permitted, each with at least 24 hours' notice.

3.3 If PrismVerse cancels the appointment and no suitable reschedule is possible, the fee is refunded in full.

3.4 If the Client purchases any package within 30 days of the consultation, the ₹499 consultation fee is credited against the final balance payment of that package only. It is not adjusted against the advance payment, which remains payable in full at its listed value.

4.1 The advance is non-refundable once the project slot is confirmed and onboarding has been initiated.

4.2 If PrismVerse declines the project, or fails to commence work within 30 days of receiving both the advance and the completed project brief, and the delay was not the result of a hold requested by the Client, the advance is refunded in full.

4.3 If the Client cancels after work has commenced, all amounts paid are non-refundable, and any Additional Work delivered is billable.

4.4 If PrismVerse terminates the engagement for its own convenience (not for Client breach), amounts paid for work not yet delivered are refunded proportionately.

Duplicate or erroneous charges are reversed upon verification. Verified unauthorised or fraudulent transactions are reversed subject to investigation and payment-network requirements. Refunds required by applicable law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019) are honoured. No other refunds of any kind are provided; this Clause is exhaustive.

Email contact@prismverse.in within 7 days of the charge with your transaction date, amount, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to bank processing times.

If you believe a charge is erroneous, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks inconsistent with this Policy.
