Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern all services offered by PrismVerse Studio™ ("PrismVerse", "we", "us"), a brand of Samvriddhi Advanced Business Solutions Private Limited, including website design, development, and digital presence services ("Services"), paid consultations, and use of prismverse.in. By booking a consultation or paying any amount, you ("Client") accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2.1 Engagements begin with either (a) a paid consultation (₹499, inclusive of taxes) or (b) an advance payment against a listed package.

2.2 An advance payment reserves a project slot and initiates onboarding, including the project brief and questionnaire.

2.3 The advance is adjusted against the total package value. The advance is collected only to begin the project; it does not represent the full price of the Services.

2.6 Once we present the MVP, the minimum viable product, which is the first working version of the build, PrismVerse may request a further advance payment before work continues. That further advance may be 50 percent or above of the remaining value, depending on the package chosen. The applicable figure is communicated in writing at that stage.

2.7 The final product is handed over for live use only after payment is complete. Until the balance is settled in full, deliverables, source files, deployment access and transfer of the working build are withheld, and any preview or staging access provided remains for review purposes only.

2.5 Where a paid consultation (₹499) precedes a package purchase made within 30 days of that consultation, the consultation fee is credited only against the final balance payment of the package. It is not credited against, deducted from, or adjusted in the advance payment. The advance amount displayed at checkout is payable in full.

2.4 Work commences only after the advance is received and the project brief is submitted.

3.1 Package inclusions, revision rounds, and after-sale services are as listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All package prices are development charges only and exclude third-party costs such as domain, hosting, integrations, API subscriptions, and payment-gateway charges, which are governed by Clause 8.

3.2 Prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; GST at 18% applies to Indian payments. The consultation fee is inclusive of all taxes.

3.3 Launch offers and discounts apply only at the time of purchase and are not retroactive.

3.4 Any consultation fee credit under Clause 2.5 is applied to the final balance payment only. Advance payments are always collected in full at their listed value.

The Client shall provide content, brand assets, approvals, and feedback within reasonable timelines. Project timelines pause while awaiting Client inputs. If the Client remains unresponsive for 30 consecutive days after written follow-up, PrismVerse may place the project on hold; resumption may be subject to slot availability.

Each package includes the stated number of revision rounds. A revision round means one consolidated set of change requests on delivered work. Additional rounds or scope beyond the package ("Additional Work") are quoted and billed separately.

Where a package includes after-sale services, they run for 12 months from final handover, limited to the items listed on the pricing page for that package. They cover minor updates and fixes as described, not new features, redesigns, or third-party cost changes.

7.1 Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final delivered website design and content created for the Client transfers to the Client.

7.2 PrismVerse retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how (including the Controlled Vibrance™ system) and grants the Client a licence to use them within the delivered work.

7.3 PrismVerse may display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

Hosting, domains, payment gateways, email services, and similar third-party services are procured in the Client's own accounts at the Client's cost unless expressly agreed otherwise. PrismVerse is not responsible for third-party pricing, availability, or policy changes.

Payments are processed via our payment facilitators (currently Razorpay for INR). We never store card details. All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismVerse's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific package giving rise to the claim. PrismVerse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Either party may terminate for material breach unremedied within 15 days of written notice. Consequences of termination and payments are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms; the version published on the website at the time of your payment applies to that engagement.
